Sweet couscous poke with Greek yogurt

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400 g of Kids couscous
  • 300 ml of warm milk
  • 20 drops of liquid sweetener
  • 500 g of 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 50 g of dark chocolate

Preparation:

Pour the couscous into a bowl and rehydrate it with warm milk. Add the sweetener and let it rest for 10 minutes.

After this time, fluff it with a fork. Place it in individual bowls and garnish with Greek yogurt, diced pear, and coarsely chopped dark chocolate.

Serve the sweet couscous poke at the table.
