We are looking for an Administrative and Accounting Clerk to join our team. The resource will be responsible for administrative and accounting management, specifically for:
- Management of bank transactions and supplier payments;
- Cash flow planning and management;
- Recording and reconciliation of accounting movements;
- Management of cash and customer credit;
- Compilation and management of financial documentation necessary for internal communication and with external entities;
- Management of overdue customer accounts in collaboration with the Commercial Department;

managing the various stages of the packaging process, ensuring efficiency and quality of the final product.
Requirements:
- Mandatory registration with the obligatory placement L.68/99;
- Previous experience in packaging or production roles will be considered a plus;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Availability to work in shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate on automated packaging lines;
- Packaging control;
- Preparation of finished products;
- Visual inspection of products to ensure compliance with company standards;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area;
- Reporting any anomalies or machine malfunctions.
A training period is provided to acquire the specific technical-practical knowledge of the company necessary to cover the role.
