
Ingredients
- 350 g of cous cous
- 350 g of hot water
- 320 g tuna in oil
- 100 g pitted green or black olives
- fine salt to taste
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise (optional)

Preparation
Pour the cous cous into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and then add the hot water, stir, cover, and let rehydrate for 10 minutes.
After the resting time has elapsed, shell it with a fork.
Cut the olives into rounds
Pour the shelled couscous into a bowl, add the tuna, olives, a drizzle of oil, and to taste, mayonnaise, and mix.
Place in the refrigerator for one hour or until ready to serve.
