Quality Control and Customer Care

Role Description: SIPA International srl, a leader in the production and marketing of Cous Cous, is looking for a Quality Control and Customer Care. The Resource, placed within the Quality Team, will work closely with all other departments.

Will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring that company quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of at least 1 year in quality field, preferably within the food – industry area;
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science and technology or biology
  • Excellent communication skills and aptitude for contact with Customers and Suppliers;
  • Good knowledge of English (B2);
  • Knowledge of major business management systems;
  • Skill in inventory control.

Administrative and Accounting Clerk

Role Description: We are looking for an Administrative and Accounting Clerk to join our team. The resource will be responsible for administrative and accounting management and more specifically for:

  • Bank transaction management and vendor payment;
  • Cash flow planning and management;
  • Recording and reconciliation of accounting transactions;
  • Cash management and customer credit management;
  • Compilation and management of financial documentation required for internal communication and with external entities;
  • Customer overdue management in collaboration with the Commerciarle department;
  • Management of the insurance overdraft on the company’s portal and management system;
  • ISTAT surveys;
  • Corporate PEC management.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar role;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Skill in the use of computer and management tools, particularly Microsoft Excel;
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2);
  • Accounting and/or economics course of study.

Buyer - Purchasing Department

Location: Termoli (CB)

SIPA International srl, a leader in the production and marketing of Cous Cous, is looking for a Buyer to join the Purchasing Department. The Resource will work closely with Management, Sales Department and Production and will be responsible for managing the purchasing and procurement of materials needed by the business, ensuring compliance with the company strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the purchase of raw materials and packaging for product packaging;
  • Negotiation and management of purchase contracts;
  • Continuous procurement to ensure the availability of materials needed for the

production;

  • New vendor scouting activities and bid evaluation;
  • Maintain professional and strategic relationships with current and potential suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of at least 2 years in the role, preferably within the area

food-industry;

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Packaging clerk belonging to the Protected Categories L.68/99

Role Description: SIPA International srl, a leader in the production and marketing of Cous Cous, is looking for a Packaging Clerk belonging to the Protected Categories L.68/99. The Resource, placed inside Production, will control and
manage the different phases of the packaging process, ensuring efficiency and quality of the final product.

Requirements:

  • Required enrollment in mandatory employment L.68/99;
  • Previous experience in packaging or production roles will be considered a plus;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate on automated packaging lines;
  • Packaging control;
  • Preparation of finished products;
  • Visual inspection of products to ensure compliance with company standards;
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area;
  • Reporting any anomalies or malfunctions of the machines.

There will be a training period to acquire the technical and practical knowledge specific to the company and necessary to fill the role.

Production Programmer

Company: SIPA International Ltd.

Location: Termoli (CB)

We are looking for a Production Planner. The person will work within the production area, will be in charge of 360 degrees of production planning based on sales trends, verifying that the data returned at the end of each production run is aligned with forecasts of quantities of raw materials to be used, scrap and use of correct batches.

Main responsibilities

Plan and coordinate production activities based on sales.
Monitor and analyze production data to ensure alignment with forecasts.
Manage resource and material optimization.
Collaborate with various departments to improve production processes.

Requirements

Prior experience in manufacturing or similar role.
Knowledge of production planning and management techniques.
Data analysis and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical skills required

Knowledge of production management software.
Skills in data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with production optimization processes.
