How is it prepared?

80 g of corn couscous
80 g of hot pineapple syrup
25 g butter
5 slices of pineapple in syrup
Cream cheese
200 g of spreadable cheese
150 g of whipped cream
50 g of caster sugar
1 sachet of vanillin or vanilla extract
Proceedings
Heat the pineapple syrup, add it to the cous cous, stir, cover and let it rehydrate for 10 minutes.
After the resting time has elapsed, shell it with a fork and add the melted butter; stir.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanillin, then add the whipped cream and continue mixing.
Cut the pineapple in syrup into small pieces.
Spread the couscous in the bottom of 3 cups or 3 glasses and with the help of a piping bag or a spoon, distribute a layer of cream cheese, layer with the anan chunks and top with another layer of cream cheese until you reach 2-2 cm from the edge.
Add pineapple chunks to the surface and decorate with mint leaves and cous cous
Store in the refrigerator until ready to consume.
