We are looking for a Quality Control Lab Clerk: join the Martino team!

We are looking for a Laboratory Worker with at least two years of experience in the same role for our work location in Termoli, Molise.

The person we are looking for will work in the “Quality Control Laboratory (LCQ)” area and will be responsible for checking that the plant’s sanitation standards are met.

His or her role will be strategic for us and will be responsible for interacting both externally and within the company with other functions, is able to verify that the product conforms to requirements. He/she is also able to verify the feasibility of the raw material according to quality standards of acceptability, controls the production process using instrumentation and laboratory tests.

His main responsibilities include:

Carry out the necessary controls in acceptance (raw materials) as defined by the
CONTROL PLAN;
accountable for the conformity of incoming products to the defined quality standards by evaluating
and managing the presence of any nonconformities;
Carry out laboratory analysis on the finished product;
Draft, verify and manage paper and/or electronic documentation pertaining to the area
manned;
Carry out plate test on the semi-finished product;
Compliance with the company’s quality system (manual, procedures, instructions);
Checking and loading production orders and packaging orders;
Management of purchase orders for the quality function.

Regarding specific tasks:

Manage the inspection and acceptance activities of raw material and finished product
Internal and external analyses;
Management of the analysis system and implementation of product standards;
Carries out controls as defined by the control plan;
Verification of incoming and outgoing goods conformity;
Entry and registration of DDTs;
Monitors mandatory regulations for analytical methods;
Management of quality tests on the finished product;
Product analysis and sampling;
Ensures compliance with the company’s quality system (manual, procedures, instructions);
Ensures full compliance with the corporate code of ethics;
Ensures full compliance with current Safety, Hygiene and Environmental regulations
of employment and any other applicable Standards as they pertain to their Area;
Assures its willingness to perform any type of activity pertaining to its
professional skills, aimed at the proper performance of work;
Will be responsible for checking and loading production orders and packaging orders;
Will be responsible for managing purchase orders for the quality function.
