We are looking for a Front Office Clerk: join the Martino team!

For our business location in Termoli, Molise, we are looking for a Front Office Clerk with at least two years of experience in the same role.

The person we are looking for will work in the Sales Department area and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer relationship according to available resources.

His main responsibilities include:

  • Manage the activities of the sector for which he/she has responsibility, relations with external entities and other corporate and group sectors;
  • Respond to dysfunctions and dyscrasias that arise within the area of responsibility, in cooperation with other business sectors, and in the management of goods;
  • Ensure the regularity, quality and timeliness of activities actions necessary to realize order fulfillment and delivery of goods;
  • Ensure the complete management and support of customers who request it;
  • Ensure the complete reception of clients or third party figures who visit at the operational site;
  • Compliance with the company’s quality system (manual, procedures, instructions)

Regarding specific tasks:

  • Collaborate with General Management and Sales Management on customer satisfaction;
  • Implement actions to manage the area of responsibility and when necessary carry out Direct Interventions and apply solutions in critical cases by cooperating with Sales Management;
  • Implement the execution of approved plans and schedule, activate and monitor the progress of operations;
  • Assist in coordination and liaison between different business and group sectors
    suggesting procedures for liaison;
  • Report periodically to the immediate supervisor on the area of responsibility. Agree and implement improvements and corrections to lines of conduct;
  • Apply company and group policies;
  • Accommodating third parties at the company’s operational headquarters;
  • Customer management in order to assist the customer in product selection;
  • Receiving, sorting, and entering orders;
  • Ensures compliance with the company’s quality system (manual, procedures, instructions);
  • Ensures full compliance with the corporate code of ethics;
  • Ensures full compliance with current Safety, Hygiene and Work Environment regulations and any other applicable regulations as they pertain to the Area to which it belongs;
  • Ensures its willingness to perform any type of activity pertaining to its professional skills, aimed at the proper performance of the work;
  • Coordinate purchasing, production, packaging, administrative, and logistics departments for the proper and timely fulfillment of customer orders;
  • Customer warehouse stock control and related procurement
