Pour cous cous into a bowl, add hot milk, stir, cover, and let rehydrate for 10 minutes. After the resting time has elapsed, mash it with a fork.

Crack eggs into a bowl, add vanilla, sugar, begin to whisk.

When the eggs have become light, puffy, and fluffy, add the melted butter and continue stirring.

Add the flour, baking powder, and milk mix until smooth and homogeneous.

Also add the shelled couscous and chocolate chips and stir until incorporated into the mixture.

Transfer the dough to a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 to 35 minutes.
